BARAKA DA SALLAH TO MY MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS

    AMEJE AJEJE

    ehodaadole@gmail.com
I congratulate all Muslim faithfuls from my constituency and the state at large on the occasion of this year's Eid el Kabir celebrations.

Let us see this Sallah celebration as a moment of reflections and prayers for peace within the constituency especially in Agatu where inter communal crisis is tearing our people apart.
There's no alternative to peaceful coexistence as a major bedrock of every development and without peace no meaningful progress can be achieved by the people.
We should pray for the complete resolution of the Egba, Ologba, Agbube, Okokolo and other communal crisis which the state government is seriously involved in bringing to an end.

My appreciation goes to the state Governor, Samuel Ortom for giving me listening ears any time I call on him concerning the security challenges of our people despite our political party differences.
The security of our people must be taken seriously by all relevant stakeholders as it comes first and above all.

Once again, I thank the good people of Apa and Agatu for your high level of religious tolerance exhibited since the history of our dear constituency, it is my prayer that nothing comes in-between the two major religions in the constituency.
We must crave for more harmonious relationships between Christians and Muslims in our society.

I wish all Apa and Agatu Muslim faithfuls a wonderful Eid el Kabir celebration.
    Barka da Sallah!

    Godday Odagboyi Samuel

What do you think about the list guys? Our take is below:
    .

Our top 3 players, in no particular order are: Ronaldo, Messi and Van Dijk, what is yours?
    .

Our top 3 Managers, in no particular order are Jurgen Klopp, Erik Ten Hag and Djamel Belmadi [With this one, we give something to Africa #Wink].
    .

For the Clubs, Liverpool wins with 4 mentions, 3 players and 1 Manager; Ajax, Tottenham, Barcelona and Juventus have 2 each. Man City, PSG, Real Madrid and River Plate have one mention each.
    .

Is this really the decline of Real Madrid with only one mention, and the mention is a player they acquired from Chelsea?
    .

A pity for Manchester United, nothing for the biggest club in England. It’s only money for United now, they should be careful, so they don’t lose the money and value as well. It’s happened to many clubs.
    .

Sad for Arsenal, they don’t get mentioned for these kind of things in recent years [Wink]. Bayern too… did you guys notice? Chelsea can say they had Hazard before he was sold.
    .

Things are really changing in the World of Football, the table is turning.

    PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION PETITION COURT (PEPC).

President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have closed their defence in the petition by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).

Buhari’s lead lawyer, Wole Olanipekun (SAN) and lead lawyer to the APC, Lateef Fagbemi announced that the 2nd and 3rd respondents (Buhari and APC) were closing their defence in the case.

Buhari called six witnesses and tendered documents between Tuesday and Wednesday.

He was expected to resume his defence today when his lawyer told the court that, having reviewed their case and evidence led so far, they were satisfied that they had done enough to earn the victory.

Fagbemi, who spoke later, also spoke in a similar vein with Olanipekun and said the 3rd respondent has also decided to close its case.

    Details shortly…
